St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus Christ, is the paragon of CDSJ Clubby (leaguer / member). His spirit and attitude in seeking truth from facts for self-protection, and serving other / community in respect and acceptance should be the objectives (aim / target) of all CDSJ Clubby (leaguers / members).

What are the characteristics of CDSJ Clubby (leaguer / member)?

Man is called Man not only because of having the same human nature, but also of their unique character. This is what a CDSJ Clubby (leaguer / member) should like -- simple with ego. The growth of oneself should not repel others, but rather shown self-confidence and respect, not feeling inferior (humiliate) in oneself and not proud (arrogant) when getting along with others.

The aim of CDSJ as a school

Serving others (the community) is the aim of CDSJ as a school. We will be growing up together when serving others (the community), putting the idea (concept) of teaching and learning together into practice.

The educational idea (concept) of CDSJ

Education starts with understanding, respect and appreciation of others. Without selfishness, success or benefits motives, we work together in freedom and kind-heartedness for the formation as Perfect Man. Therefore, any educational module that is shaped (structured / conditioned) or with intention, but not based on student's human nature would not be the educational idea (concept) of CDSJ.

The educational characteristics of CDSJ

In view of education being the understanding, respect and appreciation of people, we should accept their differences (dissimilitude / distinction). Teaching according to individuals is one of the educational characteristics of CDSJ. We respect our students and at the same time believe that they love themselves. With this foundation, we should work hard and be sure of the success in understanding the differences (dissimilitude / distinction) among students. Therefore, when designing the different educational structure, we have to devote our intelligence in benevolence, patience and confidence. This is really a great challenge. But we are not scared, because God is with us.

The religious education of CDSJ

The religious sense and sentiment are closely related to daily lives of people. If we follow the educational value and idea of CDSJ in implementing Equality Education, it could be easily seen that religious value insinuates in the living of education. Working for acceptance and fosterage of people is actually the participation in God's Creation of the World, making it to be more perfect. That is the excellent reflection and sharing of God. God said: "You should be perfect because I am perfect". Therefore, teaching people to be perfect is the educational characteristic and mission of CDSJ. We would be very happy to find (see / notice) that religious behaviour is based on the premise of respect. That is why the religious education in CDSJ puts special effort in ethics lessons, using the value according to the Holy Bible and the Church to analyse, criticise, and introduce the reasons and values of all kinds of life experiences. While requesting us to be an example through participation and benevolence according to our ability, just like Jesus sacrificing Himself to accomplish others.

The Counselling in CDSJ

Words and regulations should assist rather than standardize (regulate) in the growth of people. Therefore, "Equal Pedagogy, Growing Up Together" might need to be specially emphasized on CDSJ's counselling job. Regulations could not make people perfect; however, it can provide a condition for people to grow up together. In spite of "demanding", esteem (treasure / appreciate) the self-respect, expecting the performance and growth of others patiently, where this patience in expectation is our way to achieve "Equal Pedagogy, Growing Up Together". Hence, CDSJ counselling is of human nature, pointing to the deepest side of human nature.

Disciplinary idea (concept) in CDSJ

Without regulations there will not be order. Authority and dignity is the foundation of order and the key to success. If our school education does not cope with the conditions of regulations, it will vanish and slack off before self-respect being fully performed. Actually, regulations are the highest demand for ego, therefore, establishment of regulations in not captions but rather taking the right medial steps to correct shortcomings. Then love will be leaping inside regulations. This is the true meaning of CDSJ's disciplinary idea (concept).

Conclusion

From the human point of view to understand the true meaning of pedagogy, and request it to go through with our own pedagogy, then CDSJ's educational ideal will be: educating together, growing up together and at the same time not losing ourselves. However, during the formation of ourselves, going side-by-side with others to create our new frontier, reaching the establishment of virtue in oneself and then be kind to others, and be proud of yourself being a CDSJ Man. From this, all associations in the school should have their logical planning base on humanity, achieving best results with the strictest demand and standards. CDSJ Clubby (leaguer / member) will not be slack off – this is our own request for respect and ego. CDSJ Clubby (leaguer / member) dares to demand – this is our willingness to be responsible to others.

I hereby request all people in charge of each subsidiary, base on humanity, to establish all necessary regulations and execute them strictly, letting CDSJ Clubby (leaguer / member) to perform the brilliance of Humanity Pedagogy.
